A very rare stuart period brass Apostle Spoon.
This item which dates to circa1630 AD, is in excellent allover condition.
It has a typical mandolin shaped bowl with a boxed heart makers mark present.
A stunning apostle figure terminal with great detail is present and the whole item has great quality and form.
Dating from the period just prior to the English civil war ,when the forces of king charles 1st did battle against those of Oliver Cromwell.
Size 16.7 CM in Length.
