A Roman Bronze And Enamel Fly Style Cloak Brooch.

A very rare to find roman bronze and enamel trumpet headed fly style ladies cloak brooch.

This item which still retains much of its original enamel inlay dates to circa 2nd century AD.

The original fastening pin has long sinced perished in antiquity and is likely how it was lost in the roman period.
A fabulous looking item and rare to find.

Size 4.3 CM in Length.
