A very good quality medieval small eating knife with its original wooden handle..
This item which dates to circa 15th -16th century AD, is in fabulous allover condition.
It comprises of a small iron blade with its original wooden handle which is surmounted by a brass pommel cap with simple line work decoration.
It would have been used by a person of rank and standing to cut their food when eating.

Size 14.5 CM in Length.
