A George IV Scottish Silver Snuff Box, Crested for Murdoch. Of rectangular form with a foliate cover opening rim and gilt interior. The cover with engraved Lion's head crest and motto for Murdoch, with the initials J M.

Hallmarked for Edinburgh 1822 by Richard Haxton.

In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age. A few minor surface marks, as per the photos. Free of dents, creases, splits and repair.

Approximte weight is 107 grams or 3.4 troy ounces.
