A very good quality roman, small hand blown glass unguentarium flask.
This item which dates to circa 2nd -3rd century AD, is free from restoration and repair.
Of lovely style and form this piece is very appealing because of its simplicity and it's capability to be used for many different things including religious processions or for beautification purposes...A well known multi used glass receptical from the roman age.
Size 11.5 CM in Height..
Ex. Old Chester collection formed in the 1970s.
