Vintage Yves Saint Laurent Gold-Tone Heart Brooch – Made in France
A fabulous vintage Yves Saint Laurent heart brooch featuring an eye-catching, sculptural bubble design.
Formed from a dense arrangement of highly polished gold-tone spheres in graduated sizes, the brooch has wonderful texture, depth and movement as it catches the light. The beautifully rounded heart shape makes it both romantic and boldly contemporary.
A versatile statement piece that looks especially striking worn on the lapel of a black jacket, dress or coat, or used to embellish a scarf.
The reverse is stamped “YSL” and “Made in France,” confirming its Yves Saint Laurent origin.
Believed to date from approximately the 1990s, possibly the late 1980s.
