Vintage Silver-Tone Wreath Brooch with Textured Leaves
This beautiful mid-century costume jewellery brooch is designed as a circular wreath of overlapping textured leaves. The front features a highly detailed, finely stippled texture along the blades of the leaves, contrasted sharply by a smooth, polished silver-tone ridge running down the centre vein of each leaf.
The reverse shows a heavily textured finish typical of vintage costume jewellery produced from the mid-1950s through to the 1970s. It features a classic round hinge with a rollover safety catch for fastening.
