This solidly built vintage ring, crafted in platinum, features a vibrant oval-cut ruby at its centre, weighing approximately 0.52ct. The gemstone displays a saturated red hue with excellent brilliance and catches the light beautifully. Surrounding the ruby is a delicate diamond cluster, combining round and baguette-cut stones to form a soft, decorative halo. The diamonds, totalling around 0.223ct, add sparkle and contrast, enhancing the intensity of the central ruby without overpowering it.
There is a small, naturally occurring inclusion at the table of the ruby, close to one claw (please refer to the main photo, top left corner). However, this is not noticeable to the unaided eye, and the ring remains in excellent vintage condition. The overall design is elegant and timeless, with classic vintage charm and a refined, eye-catching presence.
