Victorian silver mounted dark blue leather purse with a tan leather interior featuring several compartments for coins.
In excellent order with surface wear commensurate with age and some leather fraying to the edges.
The corners and the clasp are both hallmarked silver for 1895. The corner mounts were made in Chester by Stainsby & Coupland & the clasp was made in Birmingham by Henry Manton.
Approximate dimensions are 11.5 cm length, 7.5 cm width and 1.2 cm thickness.
