This original René Lalique “Asters” design bowl dates to c1935. It is moulded from clear and opalescent glass.
The “Asters” design features a stylised interpretation of the flower, repeated in graduated sizes, starting with the smallest in the centre, radiating to the largest at the rim.
"R LALIQUE FRANCE" is etched into the underside of the bowl.
The bowl measures approximately 25.5cm in diameter across the top and stands 5.5cm high.
The bowl is in very good original condition with minimal usage wear noted. There are a few air bubble inclusions in the glass from the original manufacture.
There is no original packaging.
