American artist Terry Rogers has built an internationally acclaimed career with his large canvas paintings.
The "Sirenes" vase is a reinterpretation of the classic "Bacchantes" vase that René Lalique created in 1927, and which is still in production today.
The collaboration between Terry and the craftsmen at Lalique took two years of intensive exchanges before the vase could finally emerge from the glass furnace.
There are two versions being made. One is an almost hand crafted version produced by the lost wax process which is available in four colours with only eight of each being produced.
This vase is the other version which is produced in three colours, each with a limited production of 999 pieces. This vase is number 024 cast in black crystal.
The vase measures approximately 24 cm (9.5") tall, and is 20.5 cm (8") in diameter.
The vase is brand new, boxed and certificated.
