Lalique perfume bottle for "Coeur Joie" (Heart joy) perfume by Nina Ricci.
The Coeur Joie design features a heart shaped bottle with a heart shaped cut-out, finished with an overall floral design.
Marc Lalique, René’s son, produced the design for the "Coeur Joie" bottle for Nina Ricci in 1946, though this example is probably of later manufacture … Marc was friends with Nina Ricci's son Robert, and this bottle design, along with others, led to a very long working relationship between the two companies.
The base of this bottle is etched “Nina Ricci France” and “bottle made by Lalique”.
The perfume bottle stands 103mm tall including the stopper and is 70mm wide at its widest. All measurements are approximate
The perfume bottle is in very good condition with no faults noted. There is no evidence of perfume left in the bottle, aside from the faint lingering scent. It does not have any original packaging.
