Georgian, George III, silver toddy ladle, with a turned wooden handle and bright cut engraving to the bowl rim and the silver stem.
Hallmarked to the bowl for London 1802 by John Merry. The silver part of the stem is hallmarked with the lion passant.
In excellent order with moderate surface wear commensurate with age. Higher wear to the silver plated tubular socket leading to the wooden handle.
Approximate dimensions are 38 cm length and 11 cm bowl width.
