Georgian, George III, Silver Hot Water Jug of baluster form. Features an ogee domed cover with fluted decoration, gadrooned rim and flame finial. The lower part of the body is fluted and the handle has a rattan covering.
In excellent order with very light surface wear, commensurate with age.
Hallmarked for London 1784 by an unkown silversmith who would appear to use the initials RP.
Approximate weight is 450 grams or 14.4 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions are 21.5 cm height, 13 cm length and 10 cm depth.
