Georgian, George I, Set of Six Hanoverian Pattern Tablespoons. The spoons are all bottom struck and reverse crested with rat tail bowls.
The spoons are all hallmarked for London 1722 by James Morson. Some of the marks are quite obscured, as is often the case for bottom struck spoons. All the hallmarks are photographed.
In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age. Some heat marks to the stems and bowls.
Approximate weight of all six spoons is 401 grams or 12.89 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions of one spoon are 20 cm length and 4.3 cm bowl width.
