George V Silver Cigarette Case. Chester 1918 Asprey & Co Ltd. 6 troy ounces.

Asprey silver cigarette case with engine turned detail and a decorative border. The interior is gilt washed.

Hallmarked to the interior on one side for Chester 1918 by Asprey & Co Ltd and featuring the ASPREY LONDON retail stamp. The other side of the case has the lion passant and year letter hallmarks.

In excellent order with moderate surface wear commensurate with age and the occasional pressure mark. The hinge and clasp are both in good working order.

Approximate weight is 193 grams or 6.2 troy ounces.

Approximate dimensions are 13 cm length, 9 cm width and 0.7 cm height.
