Early Victorian Silver Plate on Copper Inkstand, circa 1850. Features two lidded compartments, each holding a blue glass inkwell. Of rectangular form with twin lion mask ring handles. Raised on four ball feet.

Approximate dimensions are 14.5 cm length, 7 cm width and 7 cm height.
In excellent condition with light surface wear commensurate with age. The inkstand is free of dents and creases. The glass inkwells are in excellent order.
