Early 19th Century Admiral Lord Nelson Circular Brass Snuff Box with Battle Honours. The side, base and cover rims with Greek key detail.
The underside of the base with oak garlands surrounding the legend: CONQUEROR AT ABOUKIR 1 AUGT 1798, COPENHAGEN 2 APRIL 1801, TRAFALGAR 21 OCTR 1805 WHERE HE GLORIOUSLY FELL.
The mark 'M & P FECIT' for the medallist Nathaniel Marchant and engraver Lewis Pingo.
In very good condition with higher wear to the interior. Staining to the letter L in NELSON on the cover. Slight distortion to the base rim with the raising of some of the Greek key border (last photo).
