This timeless Lalique crystal pendant, featuring the beautiful Nymph Arethuse – Masque de Femme design, is an elegant and highly distinctive piece from the renowned French glassmaker.
The sculptural crystal pendant is framed by a substantial vermeil surround, with rich heavy gold plating over sterling silver. The ornate setting is accented with carnelian and green detailing, creating a beautiful contrast with the clear crystal and giving the pendant a luxurious, jewel-like appearance.
The pendant suspends from a black silk cord, perfectly complementing the dramatic Lalique design.
The silver / gold surround is stamped “Lalique 925 V”, with the V denoting vermeil, together with the maker’s stamps RL and SN4.
