A vintage ivory cotton lace curtain panel which features a charming hearts decoration. This Nottingham lace vintage sample panel has been made on the original Victorian Nottingham lace machines. It has a very fine weave design with scalloped edges and a open small rod slot so it is ready to hang.Alternatively you could stitch rufflette tape along the bottom.
