An excellent example of a very collectable pilot’s wristwatch issued by the 
United States Military.  

Full military markings engraved on the case back.

RA/24961/D scratched behind the top left lug which I understand to be the pilot's individual service number. 

Protected by an inner dust cover is an excellent 16 jewels hand wind movement with hack/stop seconds signed:
