A large Swarovski crystal swan with faceted body and smooth neck.
A substantial item having a length of 7.4cm, a height of 5cm and a weight of 140g (4.93oz).
This item has the older Swarovski Block SC logo and SWAROVSKI text on the base which can be seen on the last image.
Since it was founded in 1895 in Austria Swarovski has become one of the world's most famous brands, particularly renowned for the quality of its crystals, as well as innovation and design.

Vintage items may have imperfections due to usage and age and any significant issues will always be highlighted in the description, however please do study images carefully.
This item has been very closely inspected and to perhaps be pedantic a very tiny flea bite was noticed (only with the aid of a loupe glass) to the rear side of the left wing.
The figure could therefore be classed as in very good to excellent vintage condition.

Research indicates this item is the Swarovski Large Swan Ref 010005 introduced 1977 and retired 2013 from the Beauties of the Lake category, later moved to the Feathered Friends collection, and designed by Max Schreck.
Research also indicates the logo on the base is the old Block SC logo used 1976 to 1988 which was later replaced by the Swarovski Swan logo.
From the detail above the age of the item can reasonably be assessed as c1977 to 1988.
