A French Silver Tray, Oblong, Canted Corners, with a Reeded & Beaded Border and two Foliate Capped Handles. Free of any inscription or engraving.
Marked to the underside for Paul Canaux et Cie. of Paris, circa 1900. There is a French standard Minerva mark to the rim and the underside. The marks are too small to determine if it denotes 950, or 800 silver.
Approximate weight is 361 grams or 11.6 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions are 29 cm length, 18.6 cm width and 3 cm height.
In good condition with some light pressure marks to the main surface. A little clouding of the silver.
