Georgian, George III, silver tea service of lobed oval form, with bright cut engraving, gadrooned rims and raised upon four ball feet. The D shaped handles all feature moulded thumb rests. The handle features ox bone heat insulators.
Condition is very good with no dents or splits.
Each piece is hallmarked for London 1811 by Duncan Urquhart & Napthali Hart. The teapot cover and handle are also further part hallmarked.
Approximate total weight is 1.00 kilo or 32 troy ounces.
Teapot: 28 cm length, 13 cm depth and 16 cm height.
Sugar: 20 cm length, 10 cm depth and 11 cm height.
Creamer: 14 cm length, 7.5 cm depth and 10 cm height.
