Georgian, George III, neo classical twin handled silver cup and cover. Features an East India Company inscription relating to Captain Joseph Boulderson and the ship Marquis of Lansdown. The domed cover has an urn shaped finial and the body features high loop, reeded, handles. The body and cover feature a band of bright cut decoration. The main body has two wreath enclosed cartouches. One has the East India Company inscription, whilst the other has the initial B for Boulderson. The interior is gilt lined and it sits on a trumpet foot.
Condition is excellent with no defects.
Hallmarked to the cover and body for London 1798. The makers mark is indistinct.
