A George III Old Sheffield Plate Armorial Waiter, circa 1800 - 1820. Of shaped circular form with an applied shell, foliate and scroll raised border. The field with an armorial within a rubbed in silver circle, surrounded by later shell, foliate and scroll chasing. Raised on three ornate bracket feet with rolled over silver edges.
In very good condition. Free of repairs, dents and creases. Copper bleed to the main surface area and some pitting.
Approximate weight is 415 grams.
Approximate dimensions are 20 cm diameter and 2.8 cm height.
