This is a fine example of a Silver RAF sweetheart brooch from the WW2 period and possibly from the late WW1 period. The blue wings enamel and the Kings crown red enamel work is in immaculate condition.
On the reverse it is stamped TLM and Sterling. TLM is the makers mark for Thomas Lyster Mott who is a renowned silversmith for the period of the two Worl Wars and earlier.
This brooch is in excellent condition and still has it’s original long brooch pin and ‘C’ clip.
