A Moorcroft limited edition pin dish by Rachel Bishop (this item been no.19 of only 50)
The base markings show a design copyright date of 2012 and in addition there is the xylophone year cypher for 2013 showing this as the actual year of production.
Rachel Bishop joined Moorcroft in 1993 as only the forth designer in the company's history and quickly established herself as a senior designer, and her designs are now widely collected.
This pin dish has been closely inspected and assessed as in excellent condition.
This limited edition pin dish is available by online order only however if visiting the Antiques Centre in York further examples of Moorcroft pottery can be viewed in Cabinet 138, which is situated on the lower ground floor, i.e. from early vintage pieces to more modern times.
