This late Edwardian diamond starburst gypsy ring features three old-cut diamonds set within starburst engravings, symbolising light, protection, and eternal love.
The ring is crafted in 18ct yellow gold with a full set of clear Birmingham hallmarks for the year 1919. Each diamond is nestled securely in a finely engraved star setting, a design beloved in the late 19th century for its celestial charm and subtle sparkle. The central diamond is slightly larger in size, flanked by two smaller matching stones, creating perfect balance across the finger. Hand-carved details flow gracefully along the shoulders. With its smooth, rounded profile, this piece is as comfortable to wear today as it was over a century ago.
