A very rare and extremely good quality Stuart period decorated iron casement lock..

This item which in its period would a chest or door lock is in fabulous allover condition.

Dating from circa 1660 -1680 AD , this lock still retains a small amount of its original wriggle work decoration.

It is still in fully functional working order and is complete with its display stand as shown.

Size 22.0 -11.5 CM.
