A Moorcroft pin dish featuring two frogs watching a dragonfly.
The diameter is 120mm and the height 22mm.
In 1990 Moorcroft started to use year cyphers on their pottery i.e. symbols on the base to show the year an item was made, which can of course be different to the design copyright date. The backstamps on this pin dish include the 'Dice' year cypher for 2019 showing this as the actual year of production.
The pin dish retains the original price label showing £175 hence an opportunity to own the item at a substantial saving over the recommended retail price.
A nice decorative item complete with box, both in excellent condition.
