18ct Gold Carved Amethyst & Diamond Heart

Fabulous heart pendant that has six unusual carved faceted dark fine amethysts, each weighing approximately 1.15cts, that have been mounted to form a heart measuring 20mm x 18mm. Total amethyst content 6.93cts. The stones are set around a plain open gold heart section that each amethyst is set under and by a gold heart shaped claw. The heart is suspended through the centre by a large diamond set oval bail, total diamond content 0.04ct. Suspended from a 20" 9ct gold trace chain.
