A Marquis Wellington Brass Snuff Box Commemorating Victories in the Peninsular War, circa 1812. He became known as Marquis Wellington in 1812, until made Duke of Wellington in 1814. The cover with portrait profile bust and the side with triumphal regalia. The base with victories from battles in the Peninsular War.

In very good condition being free of dents, creases and splits. Some very light pressure marks and age related loss of definition. The interior heavily stained.
