Fabulous Vintage Vivienne Westwood ‘Boudoir’ puffy pierced heart brooch/pendant.

Rare iconic brooch/pendant

In a gold-tone metal topped with a red enamel bow and Westwoods signature orb.

It has a pendant bail on the back and comes and could be worn with a chain or ribbon as a necklace.
