A vintage 1930's style traditional cotton lace valance curtain panel. This cotton lace panel has very intricate floral design typical of the period. The bottom edge is scalloped the top is ready hemmed with rod slot pocket. This can equally be used as a mantle runner decoration or to decorate a window. In new unused condition.
