This extremely pretty and beautifully made Victorian pendant can also be worn as a brooch. Measuring 30mm x 24mm not including the 12mm long pearl set bail, which can be hooked off when worn as a brooch, the piece is crafted in all 15ct yellow gold and is set with two fine deep purple amethysts, a central cushion cut and a pear cut at bottom and numerous seed pearls around the frame. The brooch fitting is a hinge pin and 'C' catch. Stamped 15 on the back and tested to confirm 15ct gold. Weighing 6g. Still with its original Victorian 15ct yellow gold 18" belcher chain with push in barrel catch, having the 15ct plaque attached, weighing 6.1g. This piece is in fabulous condition.
