The height of the vase is 57 mm.
The Hamlet is a Moorcroft catalogue design and a range of products featuring this design for example can be seen in the 2015 catalogue (page 36).
The vase is in excellent overall condition.
Moorcroft designs start as trial items and are produced by the designer until a final version is selected for production. Some collectors concentrate solely on trial items perhaps because of the individuality they offer or maybe because they prefer a particular design or colouration to the final version.
Miniatures are also highly collectable items so as this vase offers both aspects it may be of particular interest to a collector.
