Georgian, George IV, crested silver meat tray with a raised gadrooned rim.
In excellent order with moderate surface wear and light scratching from where meat has been carved. The underside is a little uneven, or creased, in places but this does not show through to the main top surface, due to the gauge of silver.
Hallmarked to the underside for London 1826 by William Eley II.
Approximate weight is 2.761 kilos or 88.7 troy ounces.
Approximate dimensions are 53.5 cm length, 40 cm width and 3 cm height.
