This Antique Victorian silver thimble has an overall dot design. It is not marked with a size.
The thimble is fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1890, and carries the maker's mark of "J.S", who we have not been able to positively identify. All marks are crisp and clear.
The thimble stands 2.2 cm (.9") tall and has an opening diameter of 1.5 cm (.6"). It weighs 2.5 grams. All measurements are approximate. The thimble is in good condition. There are no holes, but there is a miniscule pin head dent, and the opening is fractionally oval.
