Antique Silver Sifter Spoon Glasgow c1880

This stunning Victorian antique silver sifter is in excellent condition and is hallmarked for the Glasgow Assay Office.

The makers mark is J & Co which is the silversmith Johnston & Co and he was in business from 1888 to 1890.

It has engraved initials on the sifter but we think this enhances the decoration of the piece.

 This sifter would make a fine addition to a collection.
