Antique early Worcester porcelain "Mansfield" pattern tea bowl and saucer.
The design was in continuous production from c1759-1780.
Both pieces carry the hand painted Worcester open "C" mark.
The tea bowl measures 7 cm (2.75") in diameter across the top by 4 cm (1.5") tall. The saucer has a diameter of 11 cm (4.25").
All measurements are approximate.
Both pieces are in very good condition, with no chips, cracks or restoration.
The hand painted design is well executed.
The tea bowl has a flaw on the outside rim from kiln dust in the glaze firing process.
