The bowl is raised on three feet and is made from a good gauge of silver giving a solid and tactile feel.
Condition:- The bowl is in very good condition with no dents, creases, scratches etc. with just the normal surface wear expected from antique silver which has been used, including some minor marks possibly due to the effect of salt. Please refer to the photographs for further detail.
The hallmarks are easily read and there are no initials, and has no monogram or other engraving present.
The bowl could be used for a variety of purposes on a table e.g. for individually wrapped mints, sauces, sugar sachets, condiments etc. or perhaps as an attractive base for decorations.
