Pomegranate became Moorcroft's most successful design and continued to be produced until the latter part of the 1930's with design updates along the way.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eThe backstamps represent a date range of c1928 to 1949.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eBy combining the date information above it would be reasonable to assess the age of the plate as from c1928 to the latter part of the 1930's and of early vintage age.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eCondition: Vintage items may have small imperfections and\/or idiosyncrasies due to the manufacturing processes of the day, usage perhaps over many years and how an item has been stored but any significant issues will always be highlighted in the description.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eThis plate has been closely inspected and assessed as in excellent vintage condition with no chips, or cracks noted. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eThere is a great deal of content in the design which includes one open and six closed pomegranates against a pattern of berries and foliage.
