A very good quality Medieval period iron horse shoe.
Of typical period key hole design this horse shoe dates to circa 14th-15th century AD.
It still retains four of its original fixing nails which leads you to believe that the horse likely
threw whilst on the gallop. It has its makers mark to the front centre and is all in excellent condition.
Ex.private collection from the 1970s.
As with all of my antiquities and coins this item comes complete with a certificate of authenticity.
