Walter Moorcroft retired in 1987 but in 1988 he was invited to redraw the original design, and the new range was issued in 1989.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eThis vase features the 1989 version of the anemone design which seems to give greater prominence to the foliage and a more dramatic image, although different people will interpret the designs in their own way. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eThe backstamps on the base include an 'Arrow' symbol which is the year cypher for 1990, hence 1990 is the actual year this particular vase was made, hence a genuine vintage piece.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cspan style=\"color: #000000;\"\u003eAntique and vintage items may have small imperfections and\/or idiosyncrasies due to the manufacturing processes of the day, usage perhaps over many years and how an item has been stored.
