A very interesting group of two bronze medieval period artifacts comprising of ,a ladies small bronze cloak brooch and bronze thimble.
These items which date to circa 14th-15th century AD, are free from restoration and repair.
Discovered in river Thames foreshore excavations in 1975, these items have the typical dark brassy tone associated with foreshore finds ,caused by the movement of the thick mud and tidal waters.
In wonderful condition these item would make an ideal gift or addition to a private collection.
As with all of my antiquities and coins these items come complete with a display box together with a certificate of authenticity.
