Tudric / Mooorcroft Preserve Jam /Honey Pot

Tudric Moorcroft preserve / jam / honey pot made by William Moorcroft for Liberty & Co . The main body of the pot is tub line decorated to  deep rich colours and of the Plum Wisteria pattern. The lid is of beaten pewter with a loop handle and keyhole spoon cut-out it is 9.5 cm tall and 9 cm dia. The lid is stamped Tudric Moorcroft 01331 Connell 83 Cheapside London. The pot comes with a nickel preserve spoon made by William Hutton Birmingham. The pot is in outstanding condition with no chips or cracks circa 1920.
