"Les enfants" was a 1931 design of René Lalique. The design features a continuous freeze of naked children dancing round the body of the bottle, their arms in the air.
Originally there were three pieces in a "garniture de toilette" featuring this design … a dressing table box, an atomiser and this perfume bottle. The box is still in production. The perfume bottle was discontinued c2010. We don't have records going back far enough to identify when the atomiser was discontinued.
The perfume bottle stands approximately 10 cm (4") tall, and has a diameter of 9.5 cm (3.75"). It is engraved "Lalique ® France" to the base.
The perfume bottle is in very good condition. No chips or cracks have been noted. The original felt pads are still in place on the base, so there is negligible shelf wear scratching, but not none. It does not have a box.
Please see photos as these form an important part of the description.
