A fine late 18th, early 19th century Burmese 'DHA' knife. A slightly curved single edged blade, the hilt is made from a small ivory tusk with fine age cracks along its length and with a silver ferrule where it joins the scabbard. The scabbard is covered entirely in sheet silver with highly ornate decorated bands along its length.
